My fifteenth Pokemon OC, and my first Azumarill OC (second if my Azumarill form is counted as OC). She's originally my second tailless OC, but after redesign, number of tailless OCs was reduced by 1.Information below may be updated.

UPD: Added clothes and tail as a part of her redesign.
UPD2: Added her Minccino form. She says Ccino to turn into that form. She can revert to her Azumarill form by saying Azu.
