Featturing offically Isabel, the Dragon Queen aka Shego's Mom aka the Black Dragoness ^_^
I had to admit the "punch line" is a bit weak this time, Taigan and me tried many joke lines... Oh well... at least the faces on Shego and Ron are pretty funny

Actually Kim wants to go with Shego but her duty is protect a whole kingdom so is a big resposability to her and also it make thake the weekend off kind impossible... but Shego managed to do it

Poor Ron, face to face with the Dragon Queen and his friends leave him alone (not that I can blame them, that would be scary). I wonder if Ron's having flashbacks of the time Shego was questioning him in the "Where is Kim?" pic? Well it looks like his armor is active this time so at least he'll be protected from lethal damage if any accidents happen.
Question time;
In the background of the first panel, is that the kingdom that Kim and Ron protect and live in?
If Shego's mother is the Dragon Queen does that mean Shego can turn into a dragon too?

Ron is remembering that Dragon already! And saddly Ron would be protected on any Damage and he wouldn't die BUT he would feel every single part of the pain that go with that Damage.... so is affraid... VERY AFFRAID

Yeep, saddly I'm not so good on constructions so It's rather simple

Actually I'm not so sure now, I thought no she can't but maybe because she is still a baby Dragon lord/lady. And also she have some abilities to even the score of lacking the chance of turn into a Dragon.

Yeah I was thinking that he still felt the pain even when his armor was active after the pics with Yori. And what a pain it would be if the Dragon Queen gave him a nip... her teeth are bigger than he is!
And I think the kingdom/city looks pretty good considering how far it is away in the background. I like the floating stones; Kim and the other angels must have fun up there, but I imagine Ron would be terrified of being up on something like that 
I'd laugh about Shego being called a baby dragon, but I wouldn't want to laugh at Shego (since those that do usually end up in pain ^_^ heh). Though Shego not being able to change would explain why she was riding on a dragon in your "The Magic Moment" pic; well besides being an even more impressive sight for Kim to see. But like you said Shego has other things to make up for not being able to change, like her green flames for one thing ^_^
Hmmmm.... I don't know if it'd work, but another reason for Shego not being able to transform is that maybe she's only half-dragon and her non-dragon half prevents her from transforming.

Hmm I was wondering... If Kim is an angel. Angel's commander in fact then... her father is
First of all I kinda... see some resemblance. You see I never thought that Shego would use the Ultimate Psychological Brain-whooping Blow of Doom (also known as Puppy Eyes Pout) but I'm almost sure that Sheki and Kasy DID inherited it from Kim. If you add to that that in the first panel Shego is so cheerful and "Let's make something naughty and funny" while Kim is a little bit scared, shy and uncertain I would assume that Kim and Shego resembles Sheki and Kasy. If you add to that Isabel's "No Fucking Way" which would perfectly suits Shego's style. I think it's more a symbolic quarrel in Possible-Gooding Family XD
There are two little details that kinda... disturbs me a little.
Well Isabel has those chain-earring in her ears right ?? And they have three chain links, while the Dragon-form has At least five chain links. Does those chain multiply somehow
Erm and... second little thingy that disturbed me is located in last panel. In that mini-panel where Ron is shown scared out of his wits his hands are just beneath his jaw and are clenched in fists, while in the full-panel his hands are placed freely down his body.
Okay now for the first panel.
Oh it's just SO adorable. Kim looks just so cutely shy and maybe a little bit scared not sure whether she should abandon her duties and go have some fun with Shego (taking into account that in the last panel Ron's "sidekicks" are with him and that Isabel tries to scare him with eating, I presume it's "After the War") They both have green eyes but Shego's are more mischievous and full of life, almost as if Kim went through a lot of unpleasant things and now is a little bit intimidated. Shego is cute as well, so full of energy and ready to have hell a lot of fun with her regained angel (I don't want to look into her mind cause it would cause major nosebleed). And her armor... Man perfect work, every detail is just SO visible and that thing looks extremely tough
Oh btw. that necklace/collar with one single pearl, Kim is wearing only adds to the way how cute she is... she kinda resembles me Haku from Naruto (I started watching it recently)
Not to mention that I adore Kim's hair in your arts, they always look so fluffy and warm, I envy Shego for being able to cuddle her face to Kim's hair X3

Okay now second and third panel.
Good GOD. It looks absolutely Spanking. Isabel in the second panel is just so... well No-Fucking-Wayish. If i were Shego I would stop right there with any attempts but...
I love all those details on her, they perfectly resemble those that are on her Dragon-form except that seal on her tummy (You enjoy drawing seals on girls' tummies don't you :-> ?? First Bonnie and now Isabel XD) but it's probably located somewhere on her Dragon-body not on the head.
And Shego... Aaaawwww those giant green eyes could crack Every Being on Earth, she is just way too cute with that expression.
And the fourth panel. If you would put a gun to my head and force me to choose... Shoot cause I really don't know which panel is my fav, they are all way too cool.
Isabel simply OWNS THE PLACE. I knew she was Big but here she is simply Gigantic, she could eat all those kids and didn't even feel it. Oh that "licking her lips" with that long tongue only adds to scary effect of all those Long, Big, Sharp teeth she have and it have to be pretty durable if it's not hurt by those sharp razor's cause there is no other way to call Isabel's Yellow-Lunch-Tableware. Btw... she is just playing with Ron, right ?? She is not going to eat him, right ??
Nevertheless Ron's "sidekicks" are quite reasonable. But I don't think that they would make it far if Isabella was REALLY Hungry.
Ron's expression is priceless she looks as if he was experiencing the worst nightmare in his whole life. Am Just wondering what does he mean by "help?". Is it only a desperate call for somebody to save him, or maybe he can't believe that Isabel is here to help him with protecting country... or maybe both.

Actually I have kind of avoided to thin in Kim's family... but I think Kim's mom is an Angel, her dad is a *I don't now what type he is yet*... her brothers are Cherubs/Artificiers... I still have not a clear idea of what to do here
Actually I didn't thought of it until now! But you really have a point here! about Possible-Gooding Family XD. Sheki is really similar to Kim and Kasy is a match to Shego naugthy modes. Plus they have the character and will of her Grandmommy! X3
Now about the Details on Isabel Human form vs Dragon form. She can shapeshift forms so the number of links on the earrings fit to her size. hahaha I'm quite surpriced that you didn't notice that the Dragon Form has three scars (one on her right eye and two in her lips) but in her human form she don't have any scars! I though it was a give away
The differences on the Minipanel Ron and the one with Isabel it was make it on propouse, in Anime sometime a Chibi pout is made in a minipanel and has nothing to do with the scene/actions because is an off moment. ^_^
I really love the first panel, Kim indeed look cute and a bit unsure of what to do, becuse she has duties but still she hand to have a break with Shego. I don't think Kim had a post trauma or something because her time with the Goblin Queen, I hope so 
It has a nice touch the pearl necklace, I actually did becuse of Katara of Avatar, I kind of like the necklaces

Actually I thought the flying stones would help into beackonning the Angels and also be a high ground tactical position for defending Angels' garrisons... but I had to admit that the griffons idea is quite appealing
The Isabel actually saying a very flavored "NO!" it's kind scary/end of the line/forget-it and then whammo the big guns are used and the puppy eyes are the only way to go, I love that part X3... But Isabel would give up eventually, Shego is her favorite child after all
The outfit on Isabel really make her look like a Vampire, BUT I really tried to do it the closest to her Dragon form and with style... I didn't notice but yeep I kind of have a fix on putting protectives wards on tummies, I honestly only tried to put some accesories on it
I have to say it too "Isabel owns the PLACE" She is a HUGE legendary Dragon so she wouldn't be afraid of a thing she would be able to crush an army by herself

And about making Isabel similar to her Dragon form. I'm kinda confused that I didn't mentioned it in the comment. She looks PERFECTLY, all things are on place and as a human she is as beautiful as scary she is as a dragon... whoops to much "as"
Oh this is totally offtopic, but I agree with one person that said, that Yori resembles a ninja from "Naruto" his name was... Momochi Zabuza. I just recently (yesterday to be precise) started watching Naruto and I kinda... liked that guy, especially when he avenged Haku.

WOWOWOW in all every sense of the word that its totally unexpected 2 see this even 4 the part that Shego's black dragon was actually her MOTHER which still is also in term unpredictable 2 expect 2 see her try the famous puppy dog pout 2 get her 2 baby set Ron's kingdom 4 her and Kim 2 spent time 2gether is so SERIOUSLY HILARIOUS!!!!!! in the part she just appeared in her dragon form that undoubtedly scared everyone away.^_^_^_^
