Ok, this IS a flash WP, dunno if anyone have uploaded stuff like this before therefore I'll explain how you can use it (a tutorial, isn't it? ). First you need to download the zip archive that contains 2 files (ca.swf, index.html). Ok, now unzip this stuff to any folder, (eg My Documents). Now go to your desktop screen and press right mouse button (dunno bout XP or Millenium or W2000, I'm doing this on Win98 I'm sure it works on other systems). Now select Active Desktop -> Show As a Web Page (or something like that, I've a
russian version ). Ok, now go to My Computer -> Control Panel -> Monitor. The properties of your screen will appear. Select "Browse". Now go to the folder where u have unzipped index.html and ca.swf and select the "index.html" file.. Congrats, you're done!

You can use buttons on the right and switch to deviantart.com in any time. Shea studios? Oh, this
is me IMHO this is my best deviation so far, hope you enjoy. Comments are welcome.

UPDATE
some of you may face this problem: after putting the wally on your desktop you can see scrollbars. Damn. No problem, let's do some html editing: open up my INDEX.HTML file with ANY HTML editor (or notepad) and change ALL sizes (WIDTH=1024 HEIGHT=768") to "WIDTH=100% HEIGHT=100%". Relaunch. You're done. I hope. Feel free to msg me with any questions!
