More about him here: toyhou.se/14955726.the-clockma…Hes more of a morally grey monarch, as the way he collects information could be seen as cruel, but hes also physically incapable of changing his ways due to how monarchs are as a species. I really love this design, one of my favorites. His biology is more similar to a clock than a humanoid, as hes hollow on the inside and his cloak is made of metal.
