The Echo Pokemon
What was left of Balaurock's eyes have degenerated over the centuries into uselessness. They pound their Fists together to echolocate, but many Pokemon take it as a challenge, leading to constant fights. Its powerful arms are capable of digging a tunnel with one punch, and huge networks have been discovered with the strangely linear paths associated with Balaurock activity.
Design notes: Since Pokemon rarely don't have eyes I instead gave it simple slits to represent them without looking functional. The arms are how they echolocate so I made sure to make them huge.
