The sounds of huffing and puffing could be heard throughout the room as Kodai's annual physical continued. This time, his medical advisor asked him to run for about five minutes... which felt like an eternity to the Extra Soft Soldier. Now Kodai wasn't a stranger to exercise; however, the extra weight certainly made extraneous activity a chore. The feeling of his gut bouncing up and down certainly didn't make his rather embarrassing situation any better.

However, just as soon as he was about to ask, his medical advisor stopped the machine and led him to the resting bay to check his pulse. Much to his advisor's surprise, Kodai's pulse was fine. Better than fine, in fact! Which was doubly surprising since it had been over a month since his last cardio workout. After a moment to cool off, Kodai was given the go ahead to leave, his medical advisor telling him that he was "healthy as a horse". As Kodai left for his classes, he simply rolled his eyes and gave his belly a sarcastic smack.

"Yeah... regular Clydesdale over here..."
