Description
So do any of you remember that I had an Evangelion fanfic that I’ve been planning for the longest time? Well, with the release of Evangelion: 3.33 You Can (Not) Redo, I’ve decided to revive the project. And the first thing on my agenda was to redesign my EVA fan character: Kokyo. However, as you’ve noticed, I changed his name from Kokyo to Kotaru. He’s still American/Japanese and he’s still a fat EVA pilot, but I’ve lowered the volume of his hair and made him more proportionate. Hopefully he looks like an actual EVA character, but either way, I’ve finally perfected his design. Also, yay for cel-shading!
