Happy 13th Birthday deviantART!

This is made for Project Educate : Memories competition! I had a weird dream a few weeks ago. I dreamt that I was celebrating my own birthday on top of a rooftop, alone. The place is really high, I don't know where is it.. but, I could see the beautiful nightscape of Penang (a place where I live).. It was really a nice dream's memory i ever had.. I could only remember a part of the dream. Then i woke up, felt dizzy and quickly took a pencil and sketch down what I 'saw' in the dream.. then finally.. this piece of artwork is born.

Here's the scoop:
The competition will run from December 21st (TODAY) to January 2nd. Yes, it will be intense! But we know you can do it!
The Project Educate theme this contest is supporting is Tutorials, and the theme of the competition is Memories.
Thus, you will need to use a tutorial to create a deviation around a memory you've had!

The Rules:
[Bullet; Black] ANYONE CAN PARTICIPATE!
[Bullet; Black] Your deviation must be based, in whole or in part, on at least one tuto
