“Mommy’s tail is like a rattle!” Entry for =Cachomon 's Dragon Type Contest!
God, I’m in love with Dragonair since I saw the 2nd Pikachu’s Short, when at the end one Dragonair flyes crossing the sky... I didn’t knew that Dragonair could fly with his “ears” before! XDD
Lol, now I think about it and I feel so stupid... Well, his ears are two f*ckin’ wings!

Dios, estoy enamorada de Dragonair desde que vi el 2º Corto de Pikachu, cuando al final un Dragonair cruza volando el cielo... ¡Antes de eso sabía que los Dragonair pudiesen volar usando sus “orejas”! XDD
Lol, ahora lo pienso y me siento estupida... ¡Bueno, sus “orejas” son dos j*didas alas!

I have to say that it's hard to not have a smile on the face after seeing something like this. All of these years, and I never looked at Dragonair's tail as something like a rattle. Maybe I'm behind the times here, but I think that's pretty creative, not to mention that you used the theme quite well with such a tender moment between parent and child Pokemon.
I also like the coloring here. I think the different colors for the lineart comes out well, and I'm fond of the depth you've created with some of the shading details. Even the background has been given some care, despite the so-called quickness, especially the rock-like surface.
To sum it all up, I'm simply fond of how this came out from both an idea and execution perspective. Very well done!
