Kirby is having a nice day at his house, him and bandana dee are drawing pictures! (this would be foreshadowing a minigame idea btw) when all the sudden the sky goes black and they cant see anything! so they look outside to see a teardrop of darkness fall upon popstar as a barely seeable deity floats down to the ground. kirby goes to where this "thing" went and waddle dee goes to recruit more friends for battle. this is where the story begins... but then the shot pans up to show a starship arrive on scene. (CUT)

So I added bandana dee to this story so i could add like a side quest thing. It also gives me an excuse to add new characters that could do classic moves without kirby being able to copy them. Oh yea i forgot to tell you that all previous copy abilities have been replaced with new ones. i will get into HOW but i will get into the why. I did this so both long time fans and newcomers could get a similar reactions even when playing together.

this game will be an open world game with levels everywhere. there are multiple

I dint care im summarizing them

Tank ability: up at the top there is tank. Uses a mounted head cannon to shoot missiles at enemies.

Cloud ability: floats around casts lightning. you can fly upward to otherwise unreachable parts of levels to complete puzzles.

Time ability: lets you rewind time and even rewind an attack to turn an attack against the enemy.

Cat ability: they have a very similar moveset to cat mario, the only exception being able to sniff out clues to solve missions around towns across popstar.

Cartoon ability: can preform wacky stretches to make unique attacks.

Slugger ability: wacks enemies or hits attacks back. can deflect larger attacks with a big enough charge.

Fisher ability: able to grab objects and swing around like shockrock in ben ten powertrip (oh and spider man or whatever XD).

Robobot ability: can fire a laser and move faster than regular kirby. they are more durable and any energy abilities (besides electricity) can reflect off of him to compete mirror puzzles.

Locks ability: they can use there there (readys up James Charles voice) ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS hair to glide and swing it around.

planet ability. an ability that will be vary useful in the "between reality" sections (look forward to the popstar map for what that means)

Axe ability: can swing around axes, throw them, and charge up a barbarian rage were you can only jump and not control your direction but you are impervious to most attacks.

Clone ability: each clone has a new emotion that determines there attack. base kirby (the player) cannot attack but if he clones a sad clone then they do a water attack (to reflect crying)

ok this took a while but the regularly scheduled photo just uses a simple explanation. see y'all in like ten minutes
