From his dramatic stand at Jutland to the surrender of Japan, Marco is willing to press the breaking point - even surpass it - to protect the people he cares about. While he lost his father, mother, and two of his classmates, he doesn’t give up without a fight.

“I’ve seen enough bloodshed to last a lifetime. I wouldn’t recommend messing with me.”

Note: While Marco is technically my first kansen oc, he started as a cheap self-insert character and didn’t have much development. But just like what happened with Anna, Marco’s character grew more complex and realistic the more I drew and wrote about him.
From a spunky forest boy to a Gloucester steelworker, and now the veteran son of a war hero, Marco’s character had quite a wild ride.
