What? You thought this was going to be an obviously schmaltzy scene of Shannon and Ruby snuggling in their seats while sharing a tub of popcorn, and sipping on a soda with two straws, in the most sacchrine, maudlin, and cliched manner imaginable? In the words of Bugs Bunny, and several other classic cartoon characters, dey don't know me very well, do dey? Because if you did, you would know that I am all about subverting your expectations! Besides, we still have the rest of the week ahead of us for things to continue to become all the more lovey-dovey between our two little cinnamon rolls.

Plus, they are still holding hands... but clearly, they are also very engrossed and immersed in, and captivated by the play that they are watching... what play are they watching, anyway? And what is unfolding upon that stage to elicit such reactions from them? Well, that much is up to your own individual imaginations.

My only real issue here is that given the Mickey Mouse ears effect that the Loud House character designers and animators seem to have given to Shannon's hair, seeing her at this particular angle while her hairline remains unchanged almost makes it appear as though she is wearing a bad wig.
