Today, we find our two little cinnamon rolls enjoying a nice afternoon in one of the many parks that Royal Woods has to offer; it looks like Shannon is posing for some pictures, while Ruby wants to show the world that her girlfriend is a future Broadway star in the making.

I must confess that I am so happy with how this particular deviation has turned out, as it looks almost exactly as I had envisioned it in my imagination before I actually drew it. I did briefly consider illustrating a particular scene from This Will Be Our Year in which Shannon had brought Ruby and Spencer into the park so that they could help coach Ruby in exercises of rehearsing and practicing with a scene partner, to better prepare her for her upcoming Juliet audition at school, but for Sharuby Week, three was definitely a crowd.
