Description
A compulsive redesign of my very very old oc, Techno Spider. But with a very fresh coat of paint and a new name.
Don't ask me why I dug this character out of the cracks of the void- I just did.
Unlike the eye blinding white and blue color scheme I had for the original design, I changed it to a lot of darker shades for an actual reason.
When i first made Techno I always saw the future as this white city in the sky esk skyscraper type thing with drones flying and flying cars and just a lot of ‘ideal civilization situation’. However, I’ve kind of more so leaned to the idea of a neon lit city in the darkness, with not exactly the best moral situation but it’s still futuristic.
Since Techno-spider’s whole thing was being a robot/android thing, while keeping them as this ‘perfect future’ concept would be interesting to pair with their usual monotone aloof personality, I thought that they’d fit a lot better into a futuristic setting that i was more akin to. I also just really like magenta/crimson hued colors and neon colors especially paired with the colors so like it was a good excuse to use the colors.
