I honestly don't have good things to say about this boss. (At least in the game)
I think he is one of the MOST annoying bosses, just because he is. HE IS EVEN CAPABLE OF FOLLOWING YOU TO YOUR HOUSE IF YOU SUMMON HER BY ACCIDENT.
For the design... I wanted to give her a wild girl look with a bee theme (Although now that I look at it, her design is too yellow)
Curiously before creating it, he already had in mind that her hairstyle would look like this. (Which I find funny, because she looks like Marvel's Mutant Wasp)
