Why does the picture look so cheap when it actully took me a long time to do.......i have concluded that tablets are harder to use than mouse. After doing my pic my hand was already dead.....

I do not think it looks cheap, but then again, I don't know what you were trying to shoot for. I actually think is quite nice. As for your tablet woes, they can be a bit tricky to use. I have one, myself, and it's usually not as easy as it seems to use them, especially on the hands.
