Part two: ( 2hrs 13 mins)
paint a head directly, from basic structure line to color blocking and rendering, also use what we learn from part one, used the technique to applying color by using different layers.

if you want some good ones…than yes you do. there might be some good ones for free but you be surprise what you can get more for the paid ones sometimes

To me it just seems like an artist is trying to squeeze some extra money out of his or her fans. That whole quality argument is invalid in this case since there's a limitless amount of very amazing artists on livestream, youtube, deviantart, etc all giving step by step tuts every day.
