Got2B Hair glue and hair spray~

You can use hairspray then blowdry it to make it stand up or stay in place.
I don't know if you have it where you are, but you should use got2be hairspray, that stuff is awesome. It's crazy good for doing wigs even like Sora's from Kingdom Hearts.

Normally if you want it to stay in place you use superglue but I'm not sure with this one.

Yeah hairspray hair gel or any generic glue. Each can be used for different holds though glue is one of the better ones for a permanent hold.
