Again, I was a bit more confident. Apart from changing shapes and look of the reference picture, I have also added details like earring and long hair. I still had no idea about how layers should be used and how the picture should be built up.

I think the reference picture was a drawing of someone from Final Fantasy, so hopefully my adaptation still gives FF vibes.
