Great artwork and she proves a character could be popular without knowing where she is from. 
I had to look up where she was from the first time i saw her XD...I  learned she is actually from a brand of chocolate waffers called Shinra Bansho chocolate, where cards are packaged with the chocolates. Similar to baseball cards had gum in american....^-^ Gotta love japan.
