ForYes. I redesigned him. Again. This is the 2nd time I redesigned him.
Reason is that I didn't like how saturated his older ref was (it was 2017-ish) and since I improved my spriting, I thought I'd just redesign him again. Wanted to keep it simple but also added some new ones like a White Mage-ish jacket, new staff and better coloring.
Sprite done by me. Same for Karm
Pokemon is Gamefreak and Nintendo
