This is the close up of the collar. I realized that you can barely see the details of it in my deviation.

In case you want to know...

After I cut off the top collar, I wrapped lace on top of it so it wouldn't show that I cut it off, then I added the frills onto the inside of the chopped collar. That way, it looks more like this type of collar was on purpose, instead of altered. I also added that flower and ribbon on as detailing.
