Description
Thema of this art is love. But, it's dark.
I wanted to draw the love's dark side.
This art consists of six pictures.
Six pictures are connected by a red string.
It starts from the finger of the girl in upper right, and it is concluded by someone's under the left finger.
It is a happy ending though this art is dark.
Because she is not solitary.
I cutted from this art to six pieces, and I created post cards.
Always thank you for the comment.
I wish to express my gratitude deeply.

That piece has something so particuliar about it! As if you gave it a part of your own soul... it's really the dark side of love, you can feel it somewhere inside you when you look at it!
Waouh.

Well deserved DD, I love love and art about it that is held a bit darker. This piece of work is just beautiful... and the idea as well. The style is marvellous.

I get the feeling that its not a happy ending at all.
Sure. Sheβs not alone at the end, but it seems that perhaps it would have been better for her if she HAD been alone: if she had had the strength to walk away. That last picture with the bride: the way her beau is standing there with the red string wrapped tight around his hand, manically smiling and posed like a puppeteer, and that skull on the cakeβ¦itβs all foreboding. It doesnβt seem like a wonderful relationship at all, but one this poor girl is now trapped inβ¦until death.
Which may be sooner rather than later...
This is a very eerie piece with great attenntion to detail (particuarly the cutlery and cups in that one pannel). I also love the flat, graphic colors. But I see it more as a cautionary tale rather than a fairytale.

to be honest, I strongly feel the dark side and the emotions that were put into this fine work of art.
I've never seen these colors used in such a melancholic way to denote the solitary and yet the solitude struggle that love offers within most of us.
the maroon reminds me of bitter cherry syrup, while the blue makes me think of water and sky.
I see love also as a red string, but tied to needles pinned into the heart... I guess my view is somehow primitive.
bravo! it's calm, yet disturbing...

Really awesome artwork! Lots of detail and it looks like it can tell a story, which I think is cool.

Cool. I don't know how I feel about the string. In some ways, it provides an interesting dynamic, a form of storytelling. On the other hand, it's a little distracting. Neat concept, though, and I love the style!

There is A LOT going on in this... and it's really weird that I was confused by this until "Witchcraft" by Sanatra started playing on one of my Halloween playlists. For some reason it just all clarified when that song started playing.
The heart once broken is stitched back together with love as the sun and moon look on with glee, content, and everything seems to make sense. I like how the groom has demonic horns.

very nice yeah?
its hard to do a piece that really does a good job at focusing
the line of sight along a definate path and I'd say you've done a great job at it
especially with all the action and the large number of different focuses you've included
also
the hard blacks are great
it doesn't even feel like their over used because the eye is so focused on the characters
the costumes and colours match the theme like clockwork and cogs
and it all rounds off nicely
Congrates on the DD
and i hope this gets through
because as far as I can see
this is a piece of you
of which praise is certainly due
and worth being proud of.
have a nice day.
LD.
