OMFG! I LOVE HOW THIS CAME OUT!! I tried to draw this pic back in 1998 but it sucked so bad that I threw it away
But I happened to stumble upon the trading card again and said "Eh, what the hell...I'll try it!" So here is the lovely Chibi Moon! 
Hooray! 
This took me like 1.5 hours to color 
FOREVER!!! Drawn on Bristol Board, colored with PhotoShop, and the background was also done with PhotoShop
