Aah this one, he's supposed to be like Chia's enemy.Yes this one is a boy, the reference is old, he is a little boy who lives in the scrap piles.
Screwball is around the same age as Chia (12-15). He was one of those magenta/pink roboboy knockoffs, modified by someone to work properly. But that someone never came back for him so he just stays in the dump lol.
Electric guitar plugs into his head and makes his voice scratchy.
I might change his colors to be more red cuz he looks purple.
