[set31] Notebook FantasySo i made this package last weekend. I had tons of fun making this set, i'm surprised how these pictures came out so well (: - Hopefully you'll enjoy!

I'd love to use these for art work, but you gave it a No Derivative Works licence.
From the creative commons website:
"No Derivative Works — You may not alter, transform, or build upon this work. "
Obviously I might transform them by resizing, or change the color a bit.

Nope, i should have changed that a long time ago already. At the time when i first started to post textures, my english wasn't too good yet, so i didn't exactly understand all what this license said. I must change that license right away, thank you for reminding!

downloaded these but forgot to favorite them! i couldn't find them just now and i got scared lol these are some of my favorite textures ever. i just used one if you'd like to take a look and i'm sure i'll be using them some more.

You're welcome. Everyone has a link back to their DA accounts on this site but my beef is that I have a "no redistribution" under each of my textures that they have posted and they put them up without asking me for permission first. I prefer to have people come to my accounts rather than some random website. I have had friends find their textures for sale (without permission) on other websites this year. I've been letting other people on DA know about their textures on this site in the hope that a groundswell of complaints will get them all removed from the website. I haven't heard back from them yet so it may be a bit of a fight to get them to do anything about it. Good luck getting yours removed.

Mmyeah, that's really pissing me off as well - not asking permission first. But i'm glad that the links actually come to my dA account anyway, one thing to be glad about.. The ones to blame are the users of this website that have added our texture sets there without permission.. But maybe complaints to the website could cause some of the users to get blocked or something? Don't know but hopefully they can do something about this! (:

I'm not sure if they are on DA themselves. The majority of textures taken are from DA and nobody I have contacted yet has indicated that they were asked permission. Quite a few sets have a "no distribution" underneath (the 6 sets of mine that they stole have that). I've sent quite a few emails to the people behind this website but none of them have bothered to reply so I'm hoping that we can all band together and kick up a big enough stink to get some action from them. I'm trying to find out who hosts the site so that I can put in a complaint there and have the website taken down. Let me know how you go with getting your textures removed.
