Given the near-debacle of September's raffle - having to re-do it three times with diminishing votes every time - I was going to call it off, especially with my hectic schedule. However, one of the participants - JoeBlue - decided to commission me for his idea... and asked for an eight-page-long sequence of two of his characters - Sitara on the left and Sauda on the right - to undergo breast expansion thanks to a spell.The reason why I gave the title "Heat Riser" is because it's a spell from the Persona series which increases a target's stats. That, and... well... you can say that there's a bit of innuendo mixed in.
Side note: I didn't think there would be so many Tags for this one fetish...
