I noticed while on the New Missangest Avatar Creator that one of the possible Pets was a dragon. With that in mind, and finding the perfect hairstyle, I came up with this picture.Lady Xera will be introduced in the second novel - 'Trials by Fate' - as a young woman taking care of the poor of the Empire-City of Bejem. It turns out that she was actually meant to be the ruler, whose family was killed in one of the many wars that struck Bejem. At first, she is slow to trust - having had a tough life as a street urchin - but opens up when she frees her consort, the black dragon Devathion.
Lady Xera tries hard to live up to her role as Empress - even at a young age (though it is hard to tell a Bejemi's age) - but always finds time to help the less-fortunate castes of Bejem. Normally, a Bejemi has a gemstone etched into their foreheads and chest, but the program did not have the option to add the forehead gem. It doesn't matter, though, as in her story - 'The Barefoot Empress' - her forehead gem ends up cracked after a botched suicide, then completely shattered when her true heritage is revealed.
