YAY!!! A new Sonic fan-art finally, after 4 months! XDAnd I actually had some problems to do this picture. I think due to my over work on Xdragoon (I did more than 140 pages in 4 months), my Sonic style started to change, getting more and more influence of XDragoon! I needed to redo Sonic for two times to get it right.

It does fail! Played the Wii version for roughly 4 hours so far, and I've been playing as the stupid "werehog" way more than the real Sonic. Sega has serious design issues: you don't know whether you're coming or going. The game starts out like usual, (with tutorial missions), then all of a sudden puts you in Night stages, then you have to go around villages asking people where shrines are located and unlock other continents on a world map and get special moves and level ups and medals and extra bonus content with cheesy cutscenes (the game is rated E10, right?) mashed in all over. For the first 3 hours, I was basically like this:

Well actulay it's rated E10 because there a lot of blood at the end of the game because Super Sonic has to fly throue Dark Gaias Eye balls and on the end movie his eye balls are bleeding like mad as he falls back into the magma.it's kinda freaky if you ask me.

Yea, for animated blood. But it's also rated E10 for the violence, probably from the opening cutscene and Werehog portions. And then for Sega to make the dialogue in the usual cutscenes so ridiculously cheesy is aweful! There's no consistancy in the game at all. The daytime stages are what Sonic fans have been dreaming for years, the night time stages are just plain boring, the cutscenes were meant to be understood by 5 year olds, and the overall deep dark dramatic overtone of the game's plot is far-fetched from the game. Sonic needs less drama and more action. Sega doesn't get it.

yeah they could have remade the names and some of the cutscenes weren't so hot eather but I think the werehog gameplay was pretty cool and the day time stages were just AWESOME but poeple have dierant likes so others might not think it's not that cool.

At their best, the Werehog stages were a pain, repetitive, boring, and nothing like what a Sonic game is supposed to feel like (FAST). If the game was just the daytime stages, the game could've been so much more awesome than it is now, forcing the stupid night stages down your throat.

Yeah,like I said,poeple like diferant stuff but hey look at the bright side,atleast it was something because I heard a rumer that there making 2 more Sonic games (sONIC AND THE BLACK KNIGHT and SONIC CHRONICLES 2) and after that there going to stop the sonic games for good but anyway this game was better than some of the other Sonic games I've played.

Don't take rumors seriously. Sega is really slow, but by the looks of it they're not gonna stop outpouring these aweful Sonic games. If it's better, it's not significant.
