I like this, there's not that much Vector fan around here, or maybe I'm not looking hard enough...
The pose is nice, and the scales does go well with him, adding texture to his body.
The expression is good too; a bit of an evil look about him I think.
I'm kinda thrown off with his left arm seeming to shrink a lot as it comes to the body, I know the new version of Vector in the game has a similar deign on the arms, but it kinda looks wierd here.
I still really like this, good stuff.
