Oh it is a nice idea , It reminds me of See-u the vocaloid head-phones, it is more a mic do.
I always saw the furry cat-ear headphones in Japan and hoped somebody made a non-furry version.

Would be cool if the next prototype has the glow ring rotatable for volume adjustment maybe even make it possible to adjust each ear's volume. So, if your walking with a friend you can still hear them on the side their waling with you on or one ring for volume the other for light intensity.
