You are awesome to be around! I know how you feel though. I get paranoid about that to. You just have to learn to ignore those fears. What helps me is to try and think about it logically aka if I’m annoying to be around, people wouldn’t hang out with me or would make excuses to not hang out with me. Do they? No, so it’s probably your anxiety saying that. I hope it helps. I’ve had years of therapy to develop these mental defenses. If you need anymore, just message me! I’m not a therapist, but I like to help people who have similar problems. It helps me feel useful, and it helps me feel less alone. Not that I NEED you to message me! This is just an open invitation.
