The vials Zim and Dib are holding contain a deadly chemical, and the suitcase 'Nurse Dib' (XD) has is actually Gir in disguise. I really love that fanfiction so I decided to try my hand at drawing them as described in one of the chapters. I'm not sure it's entirely accurate, but it took me for fucking-ever to draw it, and then fix it up (I don't have photoshop, I have to use MS paint >.< so just shut up and look at it! XDDD
