A word and explanation from the project organizer... Since Dissidia Final Fantasy is to celebrate 20 years of Final Fantasy, and that being quite the accomplishment, I decided to organize this little collaboration project way back in March. By finding artists who happen to fans of the series and willing to participate, I figured it was most appropriate to have the project center around the ~~ten~~ eleven heroes featured in the game. After all, who would be more fitting than the heroes that captured our hearts enough for us to have spent hours upon hours of leveling up?

I can't thank the artists who participated in this project enough for all the hard work they put into their submissions. The final result is beyond of what I could have imagined and I am truly impressed with the fruits of their labor. Special thanks to ~Starsky-sama for agreeing to be the guest artist when it came to drawing Shantotto. Much love to her.
