Description
Here's a cover art template of Mega-CD Video, the Europe version of my fictional Sega CD series, Sega CD Video.They were released a bunch of European version on Sega CD video discs from late 1994 to 1996.

Sega CD Video was a series of CDs for the Sega CD system that contained videos of TV shows and cartoons. Sega CD Video series uses Cinepak For Sega the same codec that was used for Sega CD games like Eternal Champions: Challenge From the Dark Side (cutscenes only), Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Sega CD), Surgical Strike, Wirehead, Fahrenheit, and Dracula Unleashed. Just like Game Boy Advance Video, Sega CD Videos has VCD-like controls, Rewind, Fast Forward, Chapter Skip, Reverse, Pause, and chapter menus through the D-pad and buttons. They were released from 1994 to early 1996. They were all published by Gamechanger Entertainment. (my fictional video game company)
