What else is there to say about this chameleon themed guy ? Also, there is the fact that he is from an alternate continuity.
He is an evil villain who is a wealthy businessman that kept his sinister nature hidden from the public.
Managed to kill off Kamen Rider Raia and mortally wound Kamen Rider Knight. But, despite being mortally wounded, Kamen Rider Knight managed to use his Final Vent and immediately kill off Verde.

Really digging the colored seats for the Rideshooters! Gives them a personal touch that I think would've help the show grow. If I get thirteen Rideshooters, I should remind myself to get some Citadel paint to give each Rider's bike their color motif.
