My favorite Dreamworks villain

The Pharo of Egypt and adopting brother to Moses. Destined to rule, he plans to build a better dynasty than that of his father. When Moses returned to Egypt, he wants to free his people. Hurt that his own brother turned against him, Rameses refused to help. It was the death of his young son that changed his mind only to chase them down. He was defeated when the red seas drowned his army, leaving him all alone in sorrow and grief.
