Description
Well, I haven't submitted in quite some time but this hit me earlier today and I thought I'd give it a try.It was inspired by a couple of pieces submitted lately into the Emoticon Gallery, and is a combination of my fella and my revamped version of my +fav .

I use a program called Adobe ImageReady, just frame by frame animation.

Flash is not as easy, particularly if you're looking for the pixeled effect. There are heaps of tutorials on deviantART on how to start, check out an old News Article by ^livius .
