Another ship for Republic of Japan AU, the Kongo class destroyer. Credits goes to acelanceloet. I only added few things here and there, removed few things add with new ones, one of major addon was addition of helicopter hangar (this i took from Atago), basicly this is what real Kongo and her sisters need, an hangar for heloRelated content
