I would like to thank everyone for your kind support and inspiring comments!
Thanks to your apprecation I have the strength to keep on working despite the homophoby and intolerance of modern Russian society. People write to me that I change their views of beauty and handsomeness. And that is what creating worth.
If anyone in Russia would accept the fact that love cannot be wrong, then what I do deserves existing.
I hope that someday two men can proudly walk down the streets of Moscow without feeling that they are taking a life-risking challenge.
I'm not complaining, I just take things for what they are and I promise you to keep on displaying the naked truth to let everyone see what I see.
Thanks again for my fourth DD, it is an honour.

They look emaciated, to be honest. Good pose, but I'm worried about the health of the models or the artist's possible Photoshop touch ups of how thin they *think* the models should be.

when the back is either arched in or out, the rib cage expands, making the ribs more visible, as is seen here. otherwise, their internal organs would be popped like a balloon.

have you SEEN the muscles on these guys? not an ounce of fat on them, agreed, but that doesnt make them emaciated, just very well toned-plus, pose and lighting can be really deceiving

I've just been looking through your self portrait folder and I think you're stunning; you have so much confidence and attitude and your body works so well in the pictures. And you definitely have the boobs for a corset!

They're extremely toned, muscular men. Men naturally have very narrow, shallow hips, so if they're well toned they look very thin. Add to that they're sucking in and contorted, it's going to look surreal.
Anorexic men do not, as a rule, have muscles that well defined on their chests and stomachs - they don't take in enough calories to maintain them. The anorexic men I have known have had very little muscle tone anywhere except their biceps and thighs.

My favourite photography and artist will always be Mapplethorpe, and the fact that this somewhat reminds me of him is impressive, although this is a much more modern take on it the roots are still there in my opinion.

I love the Tango and these boys look great doing it.
The fact that it is in black and white really lets the viewer see the bodies and emotions clearly without the effect of some bright colored wall behind them.

Wonderful piece, as usual ! You have such an eye to see men... Beautiful. By the way, I think you should give a try to less minimalistic pictures, such as colorful pictures in other settings. I got the feeling you'd manage to make something perfect out of them too
