Say hi to the Kab-omb! A relative of the common Bob-ombs seen throughout various Mario games, these little buds have quite the fuse but should not be confused with their explosive cousins. With smaller feet, no wind-up key, a green wavy pattern and a strange set of lips on their face, Kab-ombs make quite a show! Trying to dispose of one how you would a bob-omb is not recommended, as their fuse is lit but they become more active than ever, pursuing pesky plumbers before jumping up and igniting in a lovely display of fireworks! Flashy, wouldn't you say?

So... What do you think? I really enjoyed making this, my good buddy Goombario on Discord has been very encouraging in my passion of vector art, and so I was inspired to recreate the Kab-omb in the Paper Mario style! With a mix of shaping and line thickness philosophies from Color Splash/The Origami King, and coloring and shading techniques based on The Thousand-Year Door/Super Paper Mario!
