That's it, I'm going to start doing these daily, since they are so much fun to do... (lets hope I keep my promise)This is my 3rd dynamic sketch, a praying mantis.
My own critiques:
- Too big of an abdomen
- 2nd right leg is too short.
- Need to do more line work
- Need to start using a focal point, instead of spreading detail throughout the sketch.
It was fun to do
Hope to start doing some concept sketches with this techniques after a few months of drawing real stuff
should be fun.
