Sometimes Vinyl polishes her toenails and fingernails the 2 colors of blue in her unkempt hair for the beach, but not always. Her famous glasses are also shades so she wears them to the beach as well. Also she is a bit of a slob who prefers stiff drinks like vodka and beer to wine, so theres often parties involving alcoholic drinks when she's on the beach. She is wearing short pants (a article of clothing a guy probably shouldn't wear), she is still a tomboy, it's just more party oriented (she drinks, is old enough to buy drinks (the human world in the Equestria Girls has a different drinking age than the US) also casually uses party drugs) than the tough speedster athlete Dashie and rugged cowgirl AJ who both tended to avoid girly clothes (or used to but both have dressed more feminine and practiced better etiquette for their crushes, they weren't void of a feminine side, it's just suppressed).

It's part of training to be more feminine and ladylike (Vinyl's ears perk up, Vinyl had meaning to become more feminine and ladylike for her crush Elusive (and was a bit weary of suppressing her feminine side in general), a metrosexual fashionista who captured her eye at the nightclub she frequents (no Elusive does not actually, physically have Vinyl's eyeballs, that would be weird)).

(I have a soft spot for tomboys becoming more feminine for more delicate, fashion oriented crushes, maybe Elusive is a metrosexual fashionista who captured her eye at the nightclub she frequents, In one (or possibly more than one, and it (or they) may have been in chatzy) I had Elusive be Tavi's brother).

(to be fair I use a lot of fantasy elements in my RPs (which may cross over into romance), but I think Elusive may have a soft spot for girls who are tough, athletic, or strong, and feminine at the same time, Vinyl may have a feminine side but is tsundere about it unless it's with close friends as Tavi knows her secret, though polar opposites attracting may be played for comedy, which is something I aim for in RPs, espessially if they involve time travel (something we could try next time) or NC-17 San (also something we could try))
