Description
A commission of my Slushie companion OC, a speedster with cold powers and in her left hand there is some ice magic. She makes up for having weak ice magic (she cannot create ice in moments like Sub-Zero from Mortal Kombat) with the ability to do things MUCH faster than normal, When you can run at Mach 3, you can outrun bullets and fighter jets. Also her ice mage powers are not completely controlled, as her mere presence is enough to chill a room. She is also capable of surviving arctic temperatures without a coat.
