Description
Possibly the most obscure character from the Wooden Railway, here is the Sodor Railway Repair Ballast Cleaner. This character only appeared in the Railway Series. His wooden model was released in 1998 and discontinued in 2002. Interestingly, I saw this toy at a flea market not too long ago. In the Railway Series, it says "Sodor Chain Load Undercut" on his side instead of "Sodor Railway Repair".
