Idk. I won't be able to finish this so just kind of posting an unfinished version with lots of effects.

I should start signing my art maybe.

It's a vain demon and they like to dress in gold and beautiful feathers. The head-wings aren't functional wings but merely aesthetic, instead they use another pair of arms on the back to guide themselves while floating.
They only have one pair of eyes open at the same time, switching between two separate minds. They are twins, and often either genderless or of different genders.

I might play more with the idea. I want to design more bird-hair and horns and eyes and different regional garments blegh. When will I have the energy?!
