Entwined Fingers I think happens early on before Smoker knows how strong Hunter is, otherwise she'd never challenge her to arm-wrestling. Same with Carrying on Back I guess (of course she can pick you up, Smoker, what a terrible bet. But at least you only lost a soda).
I haven't inked/colored anything this way in ages. I always forget how long it takes, haha.
