A few people have asked about what Toriel and Gaster's relationship was like, so here are a few doodles along those lines, haha. She momed him, much like she moms everyone. They were actually pretty close! He didn't take it well when she left/disappeared.That sewing box showed up here if you recall, haha.
OH he's actually signing with his real hands for once here when he's rambling to Toriel about magic science, haha.

You missed a helping verb between why and gaster (was) and didn't capitalize a name (gaster), but other than that, you're fine.

Ya know, I always wondered why people assume Asgore and Toriel are goats. Goats have hooves, these two clearly don't, and their snouts aren't long enough, not even close. Besides, Asgore has a mane.
They're more like horned lions with floppy dog ears instead of cat ones. They have short tails, and there are plenty of big cats with barely a tuft for a tail, and dogs too. And goats do not have canine teeth like that, but dogs and cats DO. I always wondered why people jump to goat just because of the horns.
That having been said, I adore how you draw Toriel. Very true to her sprite without making her flat-chested or anything, and you manage to make her look dignified and beautiful without making her look younger than she should be.

Haha I'd guess from that bit in the Undertale trailer where that weird real life goathead Toriel goes MY CHILD YOU ARE BREAKING MY HEART and it's all (probably not actual game footage) at the bottom. BUT YOU ARE RIGHT THEY DO HAVE SEVERAL UNGOATLIKE CHARACTERISTICS and I do also like them having some lion bits to them too, especially with Asgore's mane like you said, and their giant paws. |D
(There is also a bit of post pacifist dialogue where Toriel says she doesn't want people mistaking her for a cow... but that's neither here nor there really)
