A few people have asked about what Toriel and Gaster's relationship was like, so here are a few doodles along those lines, haha. She momed him, much like she moms everyone. They were actually pretty close! He didn't take it well when she left/disappeared.That sewing box showed up here if you recall, haha.
OH he's actually signing with his real hands for once here when he's rambling to Toriel about magic science, haha.

Oh gosh this is so touching. It's so sad that their world's no longer so simple and nice... I wonder if Gaster wouldn't have done such horrible things if Toriel stuck around, or if he'd feel compelled to keep going to "save" both his goatfriends.

I come from a Torielβ’ mom, with an honestly Sans-ish grandmother and a Torielβ’ great-grandmother. It's pretty lovely, but it can be somewhat suffocating when it comes to branching out.Β
