And, Undyne being Undyne, his persistence impressed her and she offered to train him, resulting in their friendship!

How to tell Sans cares about you: he starts trying to distort your reality to make it look happier than it is.
I mean, he does it to just about everyone by not telling them about the time loops, he refuses to tell Papyrus that people are dead, he won't tell Toriel when the human she protected kills his brother, and he even does it to HIMSELF in the genocide route. "well, if you came back anyway... i guess that means we never really WERE friends, huh? heh. don't tell that to the other sans-es, okay?"

At this point if you make any undertale content you are beating a already decomposed skeleton of a horse, there wont be a sequel, I'm sorry, and your content won't get any less stale.

From what I gather, your point is that Undertale is dead, and the art is stale. Even if Undertale was dead, why does that matter? Just because something isn't popular anymore (which it totally is) doesn't mean it can't be appreciated. Content like this exists because of Undertale's many unanswered questions, and love of it's unique gameplay.
As for the content being stale. ...okay? Art is in the eye of the beholder, so you can have an opinion. It's a stupid one, but you can have it. Even if you're the only person that agrees with you. No one sane is going to agree with someone who can't draw. Yes, that's an opinion. And yes, more people would agree with me.

It doesn't matter that it won't have a sequel; she isn't asking for it. She's just drawing fanart/comics of a game she likes. There's nothing wrong with that, and if you still can't understand, then the problem is somewhere else...

Still, if she wants to draw undertale stuff, she will. It doesn't matter if the game came up a month, a year, 3, 10 or 15 years ago: if you want to make fanart about it, it's ok. If everyone applied your logic, people wouldn't be able to draw about FFVI, Kingdom Hearts (I or II) or many other marvelous games that came out a few years ago. It doesn't make sense.
Her watches still like Undertale, and SHE still likes the game. If you do not believe it, look at the +16.000 views in only 2 days. And if she's like me, she'd draw Undertale comics even if people didn't like it as much, because that's what Zarla loves to do.
To make fanart, there's only one requirement: liking the subject you're gonna make fanart of. Period.

As previously stated undertale is stale, at this point people are sucking their own dicks, I DIDN'T SAY SHE COULDN'T MAKE UNDERTALE FANART, I said it was stale, you are celebrating a mediocre game that is three years old to satisfy the fact that you have no life, also, old doesn't = stale, for example the fallout series is NOT stale.

And you are missing the point entirely. YOU believe it to be a mediocre game, YOU believe that people who still celebrate a game THEY don't believe is "stale", to not have a life. (still not sure how what game you like correlates to if you do or do not have a life?)
That is YOUR opinion, your personal belief. Not theirs. You are trying to force your Opinion to encompass a decent number of people who disagree with your belief.
Not every game has, or is meant, to have sequels.
Does the end of the road mean the journey was less satisfying?
Do questions that may go unanswered suddenly not hold interest in a game after said end?
Call of Duty i.e could be considered "stale" in my opinion but I'm not calling people out for liking it, that's their choice, their life. (an opinion i know people disagree with me on and that's fine.)
The content is more or less the same in every new game. One or two game modes that are new or tweaked, new campaign maybe, but core mechanics and story elements are virtually identical. Many fps fall in this same category. New Content doesn't = Original or more appealing, in all cases. Just more of the same "New stuff here!" Trying to take your attention away from what you had before.
TL;DR
Your Opinion isn't world encompassing.
"New" content does not always make a game "Fresh" or "Original".
People can have lives and like games that aren't being continued, there is a word for that. I think its called Nostalgia
